"Staff were pleasant but just not very well trained. Our waiter told us that the tuna steak could only be cooked medium or well done. The Tuna was listed in the grill section of the menu alongside all of the steaks, so he was convinced that it should come with a mushroom even though we requested a salad instead. When he came back from the kitchen he confirmed that we could have it rare with a salad. He then went on to ask us if we wanted the Peppercorn, Bearnaise or Blue cheese sauce with it..... My wife had the tuna it was overcooked. I ordered the smokey venison I was presented with a beautiful platter of rare medallions under a bell jar. The waiter then apologised for the lack of smoke under the bell jar the chef's smoking gun was broken. I should have been told this when I ordered it then he could have left the bell jar in the kitchen! The Venison was delicious just a shame about the lack of smoke I think it would have made it amazing."

"I have visited this restaurant before and enjoyed their Sunday lunch, and I was not disappointed this time around. Despite the renovations causing it to be very busy, we were squeezed into a small table alongside other guests. It did take a bit longer than usual for our food to arrive, and our drinks took 20 minutes to be served. Additionally, getting into the building was a bit of a challenge as exits were blocked and there were no signs for guidance. Despite these minor inconveniences, I look forward to visiting again in the near future. Thank you, Susan Duncan."

"The dining experience was pleasant, and the staff was friendly. However, there was a long wait for the champagne, and the water could have been refilled more regularly. I settled the bill at the front, but the waiter still brought it to me at the end, which might have been due to a lack of communication among the staff. Overall, it was a lovely afternoon."

"Absolutely appalling!! Booked as a treat for myself and 3 family members as I have been to other Marco Pierre restaurants and have always had a fantastic experience. The menu was small simplistic so we were expecting the food to be cooked to a high standard. Instead the food was very bland and not well cooked and we all said we could have cooked better food at home. Our orders were mixed up brought out in the wrong order and the staff were in-experienced and extremely rude. The waitress then started clearing our table when one of the party was still eating and rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she could please wait until we had all finished. She then returned minutes later and bluntly asked ‘do you want deserts or the bill’. We were then rushed off of the table despite the fact that the restaurant was pretty quite and we still had half a bottle of wine to finish. The cheek of it is that we then had to pay the 12.5% service charge for this **** experience! If it hadn’t been for the fact that another member of the group paid the bill, I would have refused to pay the full amount and walked out. Do not waste you money or time here- this ruined our evening and next time we will go round the corner to Zizi’s and have a much better meal experience!!"
