"I paid over $18 for three cheeseburgers and two large fries, and I was asked to pull over to space #2. After waiting 15 minutes, I went inside to check on my order. The staff and manager were rude and unprofessional. After an additional 15 minutes, bringing my total wait time to 30 minutes, I finally received my order, but the burgers were cold and the fries had no salt. This place is truly the worst."

"We reserved four seats at Jazz After Dark recommend by their website . When we arrived, it took several minutes to find our reservation no problem, it happens. But then it took more time to find us a spot which was strange, because we reserved four seats, in a tiny venue with mainly four seater tables, so I thought they would hold seats for everyone that reserved a spot apparently not and we ended up in a “side room” that was essentially behind the stage. We couldn’t see the band. Our waitress had to cross the stage every time she came to take an order. Kind of strange for paying 15£ per person to reserve seats. But it unfortunately got worse. Only part of the band was present at the start, and they just played some standards and did some fun riffs nothing amazing but entertaining nonetheless. And then the singer for the evening came on stage. There’s no easy way to say it, the singing was just quite awful. Off key, singing way beyond the range, reading the lyrics to every song off of an iPhone they had to their face the entire time. Making up the playlist as they went along, clearly no alignment with the band on said playlist, which ended up being more pop covers than anything to do with jazz. So after 45 minutes of witnessing a terrible singer, who had to read the lyrics as they were singing as if it were karaoke , and a jazz band poorly cover pop songs imagine someone that cannot sing well trying to cover songs by Whitney Houston or Adele.. we decided we had enough and simply left. It’s not clear to me if this awful singer was a one time thing. But it was clearly a random match of singer to band, without any alignments or planned set lists. The entire evening felt like below ameture level. And we paid 15£ drinks to witness it."

"I visted prezzo oswestry the other night with my family, Service was great. It seemed very busy but I’m not suprised as it was a saturday night. I got greeted by what seemed to be the manager, he is very charming and probably one of the most attractive men ive seen in oswestry in a while! Tall dark and handsome. The girls i came across were lovely and made us feel very welcome I unfortunately did not get their names… the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time as it was busy but we were not fussed. We were handed the bill and we gave it a good read, it does state clearly in black and white that there is an optional service charge, as i was reading past reviews of people not knowing about this I’m a tad confused as to why when it literally states it at the bottom of the bill. Will definitely be back!"

"A group of us had a meal together this week and we were very impressed with the service. It was very busy with only 2 staff serving. They did this efficiently and with good humour. The meal was good. I had sea bass. The drinks a bit expensive. For me the enjoyment of the evening was not just about the food but was also about the ambiance and service. We were very impressed and the 2 serving staff deserve recognition. Unfortunately we do not recall their names but the male staff member might have been called Niko or Diko. We eat a couple of times a year in Hornchurch so when we return we hope to experience the same quality of service"

"Been going here for a fairly long time going back a few years since it was at Silverburn and now situated at Braehead . Pretty disappointed upon our recent visit . Pasta bowls reduced in size drastically and had 3 bits of chicken in it (which we paid extra for) . The pizza was the same, ordered the posh pepperoni which used to come on a large oblong wooden board and is now served as a small round pizza and again with reduced toppings; for £16.50 for the pizza alone I found this very disappointing. Soft drinks expensive and overall it all felt lacking in the portion sizes quantity department . This is a shame as the food was still really tasty. I don’t think we will be back this time round and will likely try some of the other restaurants around that are doing similar deals food . I understand times are hard for everyone Prezzo including the smaller businesses but this will lose you valuable time served customers like myself who can hardly afford to feed myself and two kids as it is ."

"This restaurant has seating for about 15 people. There is only one staff member working, so service is slow. There is no air conditioning. The prices here are 25% cheaper than Kaspas, but the quality at Kaspas was better. This place serves ice rolls, but they are not as good as the ones at Kaspas."

"Came here for the Wing Wednesday experience and left dissatisfied. You can tell that the oil used to fry the chicken was not fresh at all. It gave the wings a distinctive dark colour and unpleasant taste. Menu said, hot sauce with honey glazed buffalo chicken but only got a hot sauce chicken with no hint of sweetness at all. Staff are very friendly and accommodating which helped with the experience. Wouldn't recommend this a all!"

"I came here with my daughter last Thursday. We were attending a funeral the next day and she had had a long flight from USA. I had driven for 5 hours. We wanted a quick dinner and an early night so I booked for 6pm. The restaurant was practically empty a good sign we thought. The waitress took our orders and our wines came out quite quickly. Our shared starter of one meagre cheesy garlic bread was very disappointing for the price. The restaurant began to fill up quickly and by 7pm was almost full. There were several large parties which we noticed were being served very quickly. We were NOT! We called the waitress over about 7:15 an hour and 15 minutes from when we ordered and we pointed out that while we were still awaiting our meals others had already been served. She assured us we were next. NO! We called her over again only for the same response. We eventually got our meals at 7:30pm! An hour and a half for 2 pizzas quite ridiculous! Not even worth waiting for too soggy and undercooked in the middle. We both left at least half. Nobody responded to our request for the bill so we put our coats on and headed for the door. Needless to say our waitress magically appeared and had the audacity to ask why we were in such a hurry as we had been here for only 2 hours!! Won't be returning."

"Went in on Monday the 21st of august at around 8pm with a party of 8. We all ordered everything was okay until my pizza came and i found a very sharp piece of plastic on top of my pizza it was like a piece of plastic cutlery had been snapped in half. It was around 3cm big and white so luckily when i went to eat the pizza i felt it hit my lip otherwise i could have easily have choked. Being 16 however i would have been advantaged of knowing that it shouldn’t have been there however if this plate was given to a child they wouldn’t have known and they probably would’ve swallowed it and choked because it was sharp and could have got lodged anywhere, its disgusting. I told the waitress and she looked at it and took my pizza away then brought me back another one. This pizza was burnt to a crisp underneath as it was rushed. Its not acceptable nothing was done either. No money refunded nothing taken off the bill not even an apology it was a disgrace. After all this we get the bill it comes with a £17 service charge after what had happened its not good enough. Would not recommend, can get a lot bigger portions elsewhere for your money."

"Table for seven Saturday evening. Mistake! Took 40 minutes for half of our drinks to arrive. Polite nudge for the rest to come. Half of the ice had already melted in the glass. Add another hour plus for food! Pizzas generally ok, delighted they were moderately warm! Pasta OMG pathetic! Wife ordered chicken Al Forno and complained of it being cold. My wife never complains, so coupled with the wait its safe to say I was agitated. As my own replica Al Forno approached moments later I asked waiter if it was hot. Was told in no uncertain terms it was straight out of the oven. A meal known for its thermonuclear temperature, Al Forno, a.k.a Alan Furnace to his friends, was anything but scorchio. In my quiet rage I plunged a digit, American Pie style, into the food confident it wouldn’t melt off. I think my finger may have heated the dinner. Remarkably, adequate replacements turned up two minutes later. Proficient! We skipped dessert. I’m giving an extra star just in case they were amazing. Oh! One other thing, pasta was probably cold because it was a half sized serving. Thinking back to those science lessons on conduction, convection and radiation. In history lessons: rationing!"
