Very good wine selection! Modern offers of dishes on the map: Good vegan and non-alcoholic alternatives on offer. The Lord of the Service was also really very nice and tried, but unfortunately also a little slow and spoiled. In a restaurant of this price category I expect to get the ordered wine at least before the first walk. Unfortunately we sat on dry for a very long time. He came again and again, was very nice and polite and brought us a bottle of water. Then a single aperitive came for a person at the table, then the greeting came from the kitchen. At that time, we had already pointed out that we still have no bottle of wine. That was really annoying. You want to kick in and start the evening. Also, he did not notice when the bottle of wine was empty, but has to reassure with the empty bottle. It can happen all times, but in this restaurant category this should not happen. The waiting for the drinks has unfortunately taken too much space when you sit in front of its empty glasses. In addition, we would probably have ordered a lot more bottles (and thus also left money) if we had not always waited for so long. The food was basically fine: The meat was super delicate, perfect! The salmon skin was, unfortunately, totally salted, we had to push it down because it was inedible. Without the skin, the fish was all right. Just the same then unfortunately also at chicken. The skin was so salted, it was only possible to push it to the side, the rest was then all right. We kindly pointed out the service and he reacted professionally, friendly and understandingly.
