"I ordered from this branch via the McDonald’s app. A Big Mac meal, a Quarter Pounder meal, and two cheeseburgers. The Quarter Pounder burger was missing. I only got the fries and drink. I contacted Uber Eats, and they refunded me just £2.34, then told me to reorder the burger myself for £9.75 (with delivery and service fees). I didn’t bother reordering – why should I pay extra for their mistake? Uber Eats customer service was useless, and McDonald’s virtual assistant might as well not exist. There’s no way to contact the restaurant directly, so you’re basically stuck hoping for the best. Think twice before ordering – and cross your fingers, because if something goes wrong, they won’t fix it. Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
