"My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The twice baked cheese soufflé was one of the best my wife has ever had, and my crab risotto was perfectly cooked and tasted like the sea. The chorizo crumb added a nice texture and flavor contrast. Our main course of cod and ratatouille was delicious, especially the ratatouille which was a mix of traditional and finely diced caponata. The warm chocolate fondants were a perfect ending to the meal. The helpful and friendly staff and the beautiful setting overlooking the river made the experience even better. This restaurant is a valuable addition to Ludlow and definitely contributes to the town's reputation as a foodie destination in England."

"Welcoming and attentive stafff (when needed) even though we were last minute later evening booking. Never felt rushed. Food met high expectations. Main courses were cooked perfectly with great accompaniments. The parsnip purée was a highlight for the well judged lamb and chicken. Even a standard pub sticky toffee pudding showed how good this can be with some real attention to detail and finesse by a great team."
