"I like the omelettes a lot and order every time. The best thing is the taste is just right, not too salty or spiced too much, so it feels more like having a meal with a family. Prices are also reasonable, they increased a bit but still offer better value than some other cafes."

"we were very cramped on a table, others around us had 4 on the same size table, we had 6, we were sat by the door going up to the bar and the door was frequently opened to the outside, which was -2 digress so chilly. The chairs were brought in from the outside when more were needed, my chair was freezing. which made me feel very cold. the staff did shut the door to the outside but when ever anyone went up to the bar the cold whooshed in. The food was as ever lovely, and we had a nice time. but the table was too small for 6 of us and it was very cold. It was a shame as we were celebrating my sons 18th birthday and we didn't want to feel like that."

"Good evening, On Saturday of this month (January), I made a reservation for people at Coast to Coast Restaurant and I always use open table everytime I go there with family, friends or my husband. I also use this (Open table) to any other nice restaurants in London and I have never had a problem. When we got there at the time of our reservation, the guy that was as the Host position or in the Reception welcoming all the people was so rude (he was bald as I don’t have his name). We got there, said we had a reservation, and he said he didn’t have anything then we showed him the confirmation from OpenTable and his words were: “I don’t have anything, sorry”. WHATS IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Is AWFUL. I get there can be some mistakes but it is unacceptable the way he answered to a place we go to enjoy with friends and then this just makes it not want to come back. I go to loads of different restaurants and they have never treated us like that. If they are not gonna have the reservations then don’t promotion your restaurant in OpenTable cause it makes it an inconvenient believing you have something and then realizing you don’t."

"we have booked a table for 12 that was pretty cramped. staff efficient and friendly, only missing fine details e.g.: eating came out, but no cutlery or serviettes, so wait wait wait wait until this was cold during eating. asked for sauces that old people accepted to come. Meals were ok, I feel that the burgers are not as tasty as they were before. I had heard that they bought them from 'burger plus' instead of making their own. burger didn't taste fresh, more like a processed burger, I wonder if they came in frozen. it is so easy to make homemade burgers, so not sure why this cant be made especially if £13! overall we enjoyed the evening, but more attention to the bases would be appreciated."

As for my main course, the salmon was bland and mushy, and the rice was overcooked and clumpy. The supposed creole chicken had no discernible flavor. "eating in caffe tartine was simply amazing. the portions were all cooked for perfection and of plentiful size. they were prepared and served in good time, especially considering that they are cooked clearly by scratches, as the quality is so good. the deserts were just as good as the most important courses and fit clearly to the restaurants French inspiration. the staff are very friendly and were more than helpful so that our party sits at a table near some cans so that we are able to load our phones. the resturant also has a dog friendly winter garden that allows people to bring their songs into them (provided they are good behavior.) if this place was local for me, then I would certainly be a more regular, offered the amazing price and the outstanding quality of the food."

"The service at Coast is always exceptional, but one disappointment is the limited vegetarian options. During my last visit, I enjoyed the halloumi burger, but it was not available this time. Instead, it had been replaced by a sweet potato and bean burger, which was also unavailable. However, the waiter kindly offered to get a halloumi burger for me, which was wonderful. I just don’t understand why they can’t offer both options, along with alternatives to burgers. There are so many delicious non-meat dishes to choose from—why limit the menu? That said, we will definitely return, as the restaurant is a favorite for the whole family. I'm also glad I found a discount code, as I do think the prices are on the higher side."
