"Me and my family booked a tables months ago as we were going to the military Tattoo. Unfortunately, the booking was lost as they don’t do bookings during the festival. I completely understand that. However, rather than being helpful. The two staff members were rude, and not helpful. They could having said, a table will be 10 or 15 minutes. But instead they chose to make us feel unwelcome.
