"I made a reservation for a table for 7 people at 5 pm through OpenTable and received confirmation via email with confirmation number 132. However, upon arrival, the restaurant claimed they had no record of our reservation. Thankfully, they were not busy and were able to accommodate us. The staff was friendly, but our main courses arrived before we had finished our appetizers, so we sent them back. When our table was cleared, our main courses were served again, but they were cold, leading us to send them back once more. We had to wait for fresh food to be prepared, resulting in a 2-star rating for the meal. Despite this, the evening was not ruined and I enjoyed my burger. The staff were very apologetic. It is worth noting that the restaurant does not have an alcohol license, but customers are welcome to bring their own."
