"it's my birthday, so we go south to the wandle der gastro, fun, live music pub in earlsfield. we come there and it is Friday night and I am already on the bar order cocktails. the list is quite many variations on well-known and beloved classmates. this is a pub that concentrates on beer and gin and tonika; it is obviously not cocktailable. but they have a reasonable choice. the cowboy and I also agree to get the presley; a fried, carnivorous love-sharing board. as we gather with friends, musicians are set up and a kind of dance floor/open space suspension around them are formed. we order at the bar, but the cocktails and eat are brought to the table.
