"Review written by Frau. The overall experience was good, the starters were great, but there were a few things that left it down. 1) It took a while to get our food out. 2) The drinks we ordered came out in Dribs and Drabs. At one point, a drink for our table was given to another table. We got the same drink twice. It seemed a lack of communication between the waiters. 3) The food was nice, but my husband ordered his steak and lamb to be moderately heavy, but when it came, it was practically raw. He couldn't even cut it in. The waitress was nice enough to take it back and cooked it a little more. 4) My parents food was much too salty we are a family that salt so for us to say it was too salty really something. The waitress was nice enough to take it back and when it came out, it was much better. 5) I had the prawn curry that was nice, it said it was a coconut Calc curry, but everything you could taste was lime, which I didn't make so much, but after a while it was a little sharp. 6) We called the waitress again when my sister had ordered Tacos, but she didn't want to, but when we called the waitress, she made it clear that she was fed/hearted to come to our table. She sighed before speaking and her body language clearly showed that she did not want to be there. 7) The cocktails seemed as if they had watered down. I got the Bramble and when it came, it just tasted soda water, that was not great and so did my sisters cocktail. With adjustments to settings and service, it could be a really great place."

"My husband and I came to By CHLOE in Oxford Circus with his mum and our two dogs this weekend. We had a absolutely lovely time! The food was delicious as rampant carnivores we were not expecting to enjoy vegan as much as we did! We ordered the guac burger, avocado pesto pasta and the quinoa taco salad with some sweet potato fries. All of it tasted amazing, especially the quinoa taco salad, which was absolutely fantastic! The portions were very generous and we came away feeling full and healthy. We managed dessert as well: a chocolate chip cookie and raspberry tiramisu cupcake, which we really enjoyed too. The home made lemonade and smoothies we drank were also fabulous. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely and relaxed. We especially like the fact that dogs are allowed, which is not often the case in most eateries in central London. Not only are dogs welcomed, but they have their own menu! Our two loved the pupcakes and peanut butter bones they got along with complimentary water. They also really enjoyed being fussed over by all the staff, who clearly are all genuine animal lovers and gave them lots of attention. Everyone who works there is really friendly and we were looked after very well by the managers (Antonio and Gulietta and the team, Mary, Jahkada and Dayle (shift leader thanks very much! We'll definitely be back and I would recommend it for anyone who wants a tasty, affordable meal while roaming around central London :"
