"The restaurant was closed. We rang the number on the door but there wasno response or answer machine. We waited for 15 minutes before leaving. I had confrmred our reservation by text (which I am charged for). No one contacted me to say the restaurant was closed or afterwards to aplogise. I contacted OpenTable twice on their website but noone has contacted me since. I am really appalled at the poor service and lack of any follow up."
