"We had a post-Christmas lunch at this restaurant. Despite the building being covered in scaffolding and plastic sheets on the outside, the interior was cozy and welcoming. The restaurant is located on the ground floor and has an open kitchen with about a dozen tables. The service was excellent, quick, and friendly. The food was fantastic. I enjoyed a Mexican chicken starter, a flat top steak cooked to perfection, and honeycomb vanilla ice cream for dessert. With a beer, coffee, and service charge, the total came to about £50, which I thought was reasonable considering the quality of the meal. I left feeling satisfied and would definitely return.
