"Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were informed that our table was reserved for a limited time, which came across as rude. We were a group of 5 having a business dinner and were not given the chance to order desserts or coffee. We felt rushed to pay our bill after finishing our main courses. Despite spending over £800 on the meal, we were unable to order anything to end our dining experience, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the restaurant added a donation to our bill without our consent. I will not be returning to Coya in the future."
