"I am the first to admit that I am biased. the owners have been known for many years by me and I played a small part in the original garden renovation project, so I realize the quick attention to detail that has gone to create the environment here. that said, even if these prejudices did not exist, block would still be my place in brighton. my prejudices are overwhelming by the fact that it is the place where I met my wife. we left brighton many years ago, but whenever we come back for a naughty weekend, we always find ourselves out here in the beer garden. it's just a nice place to be with such a chilled mood over it. there are always interesting craft beers on tap and last time we visited also eaten and it was very tasty and cheap. the personal is always friendly and the place is immaculately clean. block will always have a special place in my life, like cliché, as that sounds, but from good reason. I can't imagine that I'm the only one who feels like this place is great."
