"In the future, the staff at the restaurant were unhelpful and offered a half-hearted apology for not having our reservation in their system, shifting the blame to someone who was supposed to enter it that day. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty, we were seated at a cramped table. The service was lackluster, with my partner's martini espresso being forgotten. The only positive aspect was that they did not charge us for the unappetizing meal."
