"Hi team I am so sorry to leave this review but we had to wait for awhile to order as we were seated downstairs. Secondly after waiting for awhile for the food, understand it was a very busy evening, our rice is dry and brittle but we were so hungry that we just had it with the dishes. The telur dadar was quite salty and the ayam percik was too creamy for ayam percik dish. There should be a tang of chilli sambal taste with the coconut. The fish was probably the best but the portion was tiny!! It was like a small fillet of fish. I am a Malaysian myself and I am trying out Satay house after a couple of years but unfortunately I dont think we will be coming back anytime soon."

"Wonderful find whilst on our South Coast roadtrip. Cedic was waiting and Sheena was outside serving some wonderful food. No drinks licence but BYO. The mango kerabu salad was sharp , salty and sour just missing the crunch of the crushed peanuts.the chicken in pandan was moist tasty thigh chicken. Beef rending slow cooked beef chunks. Could imagine beef cheek working well in rendang. Very tasty is the aubergine brinjal soft and smokey. Roti telur as well to share, over excited wanting to try everything. No room for dessert but took a toasted coconut ice cream back. Highly recommended for authentic homecooked food"
