"After we have booked Mother's Day Lunch by OpenTable several weeks in advance and have received confirmation of the booking, the worst part of our experience with my older mother arrived to tell from the person that Holiday Inn did not book through OpenTable and he had no record of our booking! This individual was quite rude and made it very clear that this was the customer's fault! I showed him the confirmation email I received, and he finally agreed to arrange a table. Once sitting, the meal was very good and the service was attentive. It was very regrettable that the administrative question between OpenTable and Holiday Inn was initially raised for my mother. I would recommend to contact Holiday Inn directly and to book this restaurant NOT via OoenTable."
