"probably the worst pizza base I've ever eaten! Yes, the pizza came too late, but at least was hot pissed. it has done so much effort to chew through the bases I have left. Maybe it was a bad teig, but all pizzas we got were exactly the same. I'm sorry, but no one likes a hard pizza! stars as the beats were plentiful and decent quality."

"We ordered the Chicago grill burger and the cheese burger with dynamite chicken tenders and a passion fruit mojito, Chicken burger was cooked well and was juicy whereas the meat cheese burger was dry and less flavoursome. Chicken tenders had nothing ‘dynamite’ about them, perhaps it was a one off? The ambience is nice if you’re in the area you should try it out. Did not try the shisha in this occasion but will try if we visit again sometime. The two Asian waitresses and one white waitress were very welcoming as I had informed them of a last minute birthday celebration/dessert and the ladies got it sorted, put on music on the speakers; bought in dessert with sparklers and sang happy birthday for my friend. Was a very nice touch to the evening and the bill was very inexpensive. Overall I’d come again with friends due to the lovely service and that chicken burger "

"Hands down the best burgers in Cheltenham. The people that build these burgers are artists. Always fresh ingredients. Cooked to perfection. Built with care and attention. Even if delivery is sometimes late. It’s worth the wait. Crispy fries (Piri Piri . Shake that’s still thick and cold like it’s just been freshly made minutes ago (Reece’s pieces shake is amazing btw . The most mouthwatering burger so full of flavour (Mexican is my choice, extra nachos! . Can’t give this place high enough praise. Excellent every time. Can’t recommend Smokin Burgers and Shakes enough. Keep up the good work!"

"I have dined at this restaurant before, and even on a slow day, the wait is surprisingly long. However, the food is excellent. I went after a night out and ended up waiting 40 minutes without receiving anything. I had to leave to catch the train before the food was ready. It appears that they accept more orders than they can handle, especially with deliveries. I would recommend this place, but only if you have a lot of time to spare."

"I ordered a vegetarian burger meal at this restaurant, but when it arrived, the burger was actually a meat burger. I called to inform them and they said they would send a new meal. However, when the replacement burger arrived, it was missing the chips. I called again, and was told that they had assumed the chips that had touched the meat burger would be acceptable for the vegetarian. I was not happy and offered to return the entire order for a refund, as the experience of having a takeaway was completely ruined. When I went to the store, the manager refused to give me a refund."
