My manager asked you if anything was wrong with your meal as she noticed you weren't eating the fish and chips, but you told her there was absolutely nothing wrong. As you were leaving, I also asked if you'd enjoyed your meal and you then told me there was a problem. I offered to put things right but you were leaving. All the staff at Simplicity take great pride in our work and do everything we can to ensure our guests leave happy, with a positive experience.
