"We were thrilled to discover Everest Kitchen while exploring Ennis. After nearly two weeks in Ireland, this was undoubtedly our favorite meal! The samosas were exceptional and the sampler platter allowed us to taste a variety of dishes. The blend of spices was fantastic. As if that wasn't enough, we were delighted by the traditional Nepalese music played on a sarangi. It was truly beautiful, especially when he played the Kesh Jig!
