"The staff are amazing but I keep getting accosted by people who lurk around in the cafe; people who don’t buy anything, sit around waiting for customers to come in and then harass them in the queue whilst they’re waiting or ordering, asking them to buy them some food/a drink. This has happened to me on several occasions and I never see the staff asking them to leave and it makes my experience there very uncomfortable because I have to sit and eat my food whilst some moocher is watching me because I told him to stop talking to me. Great service but a security guard is definitely needed."

The girl working behind the counter was barking orders at her colleague to an extent it made me feel uncomfortable. She greeted me with a stare the question what do you want ? "we can never go wrong with a sub. sad that my experience in the can was not good at all, as the guy serving was very unprofessional, as if asked how much is the meal he was decent and said something? customer service is an important segment and he seemed so not good at training to have it as a face of the shop! hopefully the service can be made friendly"

"I accidentally ordered from a store that does not serve Halal and straight away within seconds realised that. I called the store as well as head office to request a cancellation but neither could do. I was told to cancel on the app but its a pity that after having me wait 10 minutes I was told that I can’t cancel in the app either. I was really furious at this below par service. The only reason of not consuming the food was due to religious reasons but its a shame that you can’t cancel your order at all once placed at ‘the fresh’ subway! Dietary restrictions: No halal"

"I recently visited a bustling subway restaurant in the city and was promptly served a meatball salad with plenty of vegetables and southwest sauce. The young man who took my order was new but made sure he got it right. I appreciated the attentive service and the clean tables and floors. I will definitely be returning."

"Used to love a good subway. Hadn't had one in a while so we thought we'd give it a try. Come into an empty shop with tables littered with food crumbs and food on the floor. With only one member of staff on counter the queue quickly grew behind us. Another member of staff only appeared briefly and didn't appear to know what they were doing. To top the experience off, the card machine wasn't working very well and it took several attempts to get the transaction to go through. I suggest looking into retraining the staff in this establishment as well as sorting out the faults on the card machine as it's sounds like its a reoccurring event."
"I have been visiting this restaurant every Tuesday for the past 8 years after getting off work at the subway. The owner, Raj, is a great guy and has become a good friend over the years. I have never had any complaints about the food, and the restaurant is always very clean."
