"We booked a table for 6pm last Sunday to have a lamb shank roast dinner, when we arrived the man behind the bar asked us to pay for the dinner as well as our drinks before we had even ordered our food. We changed tables as it wasn't busy,we then ordered our meals,the food was lovely, but while we were eating the man came over with the paying machine and asked us to pay again!!.(how rude)... We then got some more drinks,I then ordered a glass of Merlot that was then served in a tall wine glass,(not a red wine glass).. Really bad customer service by this man,seemed like he did not know what he was doing!!! Would eat there again as the food was excellent But they need decent bar staff that know about front off house skills."
