"The staff were very attentive, but you just need to allow more time for people to order their food and finish their food. On a few occasions, we felt as though we were being rushed to finish our food and leave. The food was good overall. However, the cheese on chips, needs to be improved and have more cheese that is melted properly. The drinks were on point, but the waffle needs to have more chocolate and/or white sauce on it. It felt like I was just having the waffle without any sauce. A couple of things were finished on the menu and we were notified after the order had been placed. This is understandable as at peak times, you may run out of certain options. It’ll be good to have this known at the time of placing the order. However, the staff were very attentive and had good customer service skills. The ambience of the place was excellent and it’s very different to your regular burger joints."
