"We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade from a single to a double. The room was beautiful, complete with a freestanding bath that I unfortunately did not have time to enjoy. We have been loyal customers of this hotel for years and have never encountered any problems. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean, and the atmosphere is lovely."
