"We couldn’t wait to try Purezza and it did not disappoint. We had 2 great sourdough pizzas, one whole meal and one hemp based. Both looked and tasted amazing and I wish we had one on our doorstep. We were in Bristol for the weekend and despite having just finished a family dinner only a few hours before we still managed to wolf down a pizza each, the dough was spot on with big air filled cornicione and thin crust. We had the one with the nduja and the pepperoni one. The restaurant is great with the pizzas made in full view in a classic fire pizza oven as it should be done. The staff were on point, explaining to everyone that the menu was plant based as they entered, served quickly and efficiently and always friendly and there to assist without being in your face. If you love pizza regardless if you are vegan or not and are in Bristol get to Purezza and try their pizzas, you will not be disappointed. PS.
