"Chose this through just eat this evening, the menu said home made burgers, not only had to wait nearly two hours for delivery when they originally said 45 minutes, no call to let us know if a delay. I called them they said they are very busy it’s not their fault. Delivery arrived around 2 hours later we ordered burgers and fries, got one fries and one onion rings, called them back to complain simply because we waited so long and bad customer service, got told oh well you got onion rings, which is great if I wanted them I would have ordered them. Menu says homemade burgers, this was not reflected, usual kebab house burger which to be fair was ok, but not what they are advertising, with the bad delay, wrong order and very poor customer service will never order from here again"
