"Stood in the pouring rain by a sign that stated “wait to be seated” while bar staff were too busy to actually look at customers and stood yapping behind the bar. Decided to seat ourselves and still no service. After ordering, was condescendingly told that we had to use a QR code to order despite it being glaringly obvious that they were all too wet to work properly due to the downpour. After the patronising comments and getting a simple order totally wrong we left feeling insulted and ignored."
