"I ordered on just eat and explained I'm in a flat on 3rd floor with a baby, asked them to bring up to the door of my flat (who wants to leave an 8 month old baby alone . Driver buzzed door and let him in.....no food. Rang takeaway to be told driver had left and was coming back (I assumed with my food driver arrived and I buzzed him in and he came up to 3rd floor to my door to tell me he had left my food downstairs and it had gone. (If he can come to my door to tell me that why couldn't he drop food off there? Rang take away again to be spoken to like I was scum and have phone put down on me!! Used to order all the time. Not now....not EVER again. Disgusting behaviour. I want a full refund!!!! If not I will go to the papers. ONLY GETTING A 1 BECAUSE I CAN'T LEAVE ZERO!!!"

"Staff member serving was extremely rude and dismissive from the get go. Ordered a meal from the menu with a price clearly stated. Asked to pay with card and he didn't say the price, asked to see the card reader and after reluctantly showing me it was 50p more than stated. When challenging this he said its 50p for card payments, reminded him this is illegal and he refused to let me pay the correct price. Abandoned my order in the end on principle. After seeing other reviews its clear they are relying on people being too drunk not to challenge the extra charges they add on. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"Words cannot explain how bad the pizzas and customer service is in this place. I ordered 2 pizza's for me and my kids, and used these guys as im a firm believer of supporting the smaller restaurants. WOW what a mistske! Raw pizza bases were a understatement and the cheese tasted foul. I called up red planet pizza to complain and straight away there response was we will send you new ones in 20 minutes so fair enough I'll see what they send. WHAT A JOKE! Once again they sent me pizza even worse than the first 2. I even made a point of showing there driver and not even taking the pizza. I sent it back for the place to see the quality they are sending. To my amazement when i called them to express my dissatisfaction i was met by someone calling himself the manager saying i don't care do what you want. I own 2 Mediterranean restaurants and have been in hospitality for 23 years and this place is by far the worst outfit i have experienced. If you care for your health and children's health AVOID AVOID AVOID!"
