"We normally love Firehouse as my dad has Coeliac disease, which means he needs gluten free food, and they have lots of options for him. However on August 29th I sent them an email about their online ordering as we had tried to get a takeaway from them the night before, but the only options we had to order from were starters, sides and drinks. I had absolutely no response to the email I sent was disappointed with that as normally their customer service is great. This is the email i sent: Have to admit we were quite disappointed last night when we were going to get a delivery from yourselves but the menu showed we could only get starters, sides drinks. We love getting food from yourself especially due to the fact my dad had plenty of gluten free options. But there were absolutely no options for any of us to pick from last night. Not your usual good service hopefully this was a one off issue with the online delivery menu. We were unsure if this issue was just for us or for every customer, which is why we decided to contact you incase you didn't know that was happening with the online menu. It's now the 12th of September and we are still awaiting a response in regards to the issue outlined in the email sent. Once again very disappointed, but hopefully this is a one off incident as we love your food."
