"Nice ambience. Lovey staff. However although the food was tasty our party of four all felt thankful that we had ordered the “Sunday roast Soaker” as apposed to the “moderate”. The ‘expected’ large soaker was a much smaller portion than we expected at £15 a plate we won’t be going back. Don’t get me wrong, what was there was very tasty served hot. If the portions were bigger we would definitely return, but as it stands we’ll head back to the Rope Anchor in Poole town centre."

"We booked a table after a recommendation from a friend and am so happy we did, it is quite simply gorgeous, everything gorgeous! The waiting staff were so delightful and made our meal so much nicer. We shall definitely return and recommend to friends and family"

"Unfortunately it did not live up to the reviews. The atmosphere was lively and the environment warm and friendly but the food was really poor. Reasonable choices seemed to be the fish and chips or the burgers but items off the specials were tasteless and felt as if they had been frozen and then microwaved."
