"Terrible experience! I placed an order but when I needed to correct a mistake just 2 minutes after ordering, the restaurant didn't answer the phone for an hour, despite trying 3 different phones! When they finally answered, they said they couldn't make any changes because the food was already prepared. I ended up losing £42. If they had just answered the phone, this could have all been prevented. The other branches were no help, and even the headquarters were closed at 1:00pm! I couldn't even get a partial refund, and the phone was abruptly disconnected on me. Overall, a truly awful experience."
