"Edibles Deli is pretty tiny inside but at least when the weather gets better you can sit outside although not many seats there either , it’s also on the main High Street so not the nicest of settings. Inside it also seems stacked with quite an assortment of items, chocolate liquors, old school sweets etc, in that respect certainly not modern in feel or look. The staff were all very nice and service efficient. We had a chicken sandwich from the children’s menu very nice although not appreciated by our little one.. cheese sandwich generously filled, accompanied with a small salad and ham egg and chips always a fairly straightforward dish but elevated by the excellent home cooked ham thickly sliced . We left with a few slices of their cakes too..! So in summary apart from being challenged for space inside the food was lovely and I’d imagine that that’s the same for the rest of what’s on their menu, which is quite extensive. If I lived nearer likely I’d be popping in fairly regularly for a bacon or sausage sarnie at the very least!"
