"Waited over an hour for food hot plates bought to table but then went stone cold and still no food despite numerous promises that it was on its way. We complained and asked or bill as we had received drinks they then tried to charge us for food and locked us in the restaurant refusing to let us go without paying total bill. We stuck it out and didn't pay for food. The key to the door had been taken away so if there had been a fire no one in the restaurant could get out. No manager on site he was on holiday. It wasn't as if the restaurant was full, people were coming in getting served, eating and leaving whilst we were all still waiting!"

I ordered the tofu seafood jjigae and beef bibimbap for me and had the most amazing meal I am a fan of Korean cuisine and eating in kinkao korea could not taste more authentic, homemade and tasty. the chef is really generous with the part of the seafood in the stew and the bibimbap had all the highlights of a stone pot bibibap! the fluffy short-grain rice was coupled with crispy pieces of burned rice (like the species as it should be and the sauce was made in the house and had the perfect balance of sweet, spicy and sour. all the aromas of bibimbap came together harmoniously and it was the perfect antidote...read more"

"Nice restaurant with good food but table and chairs need updating and the walkway to the main restaurant is quiet dangerous as you have to walk up a small bridge in the restaurant. Overall very nice food and service."
