"Upon arrival we were told the restaurant did not have our reservation and that they do not use open table. They did, however, accommodate us. We had to ask our server times to get water, and were not offered plates (despite having a sharing platter) until we requested them. It was quite busy, but still would have expected this as standard. Food was reasonably good for the price."
