I visit multiple times a week and they now recognize my order, which shows the dedication they have. Overall, it's an excellent experience! The entire team works tirelessly to make guests feel welcome and special. At various locations, the staff anticipated my order and knew exactly what I wanted before I even said anything! Their teamwork was impressive to witness, as they were well-organized and efficient. Even during peak busy times, when one staff member helped at the cash register, another staff member like Lia would switch to handling my sandwich with clean gloves, ensuring proper hygiene standards. Lia works hard to maintain the restaurant's cleanliness and frequently changes gloves between tasks. The staff at Subway does a great job!"
