"Hanoi Cafe is quite under rated. It doesn't stand out from the rest. It was recommended on my recent trip to London by a French girl we just met who eats there often. It has a homely setup and nothing too fancy. The menu is quite extensive and there should be something for everyone. I ordered a hot prawn dish (discovered afterwards the rice was charged separately). I could definitely taste the chili in it, which was prefect for the cold night. The place had a relaxed atmosphere and was full of people who were regulars, based on what I saw and them knowing what to order.
