"The phrase 'kitchen theatre ' in the description sums it up perfectly. Watching the chefs interact with the diners and each other right in front of you as they finish dishes of the highest class is a truly special experience. The service ran like clockwork and the staff were also extremely knowledgeablen and accommodating. Anyone with an appreciation for great food should have this on their restaurant bucket list; it took me 3 years to make it here but it was well worth the wait."
