"My only words for this restaurant are “not bad” the food is alright and the service is not bad, although the atmosphere is nice they messed up 2 of our orders! The food was good, but lacked flavour, but the drinks were great, for pricing it’s not bad at all and a wonderful place to bring your friends for some mid week Thai food. Overall I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quick bite. As for COVID precautions, they offer hand sanitiser, although the servers do not wear masks it is still a nice experience!"

"Great food at this thai chain. It has everything you would expect and more. The food is prepared quickly by friendly staff, and overall is absolutely delicious. Perfectly situated at the docks, the window seating of this restaurant has a wonderful view over the central dock in its rustic brickwork setting. I ordered the Pad Mhee was more than satisfied with what I received. I loved the dish so much that 5 days later I tried making it myself, using my photograph of the food compared to the menu to deduce its ingredients. I highly recommend Rosa's Thai Cafe if you are in the mood for some Thai food. My only observation that isn't wholely positive is that I would have made my dish slightly spicier, which one would expect in Thailand. But they do have to make food for everyone here, so the milder meals are more inclusive."

"When we inquired about our mains, a waiter finally cleared our plates and brought the food shortly after. However, my partner's chicken was cold and when we raised the issue, the same plate was brought back minutes later without an apology. It appeared they had simply microwaved the same plate, resulting in tough and rubbery chicken. After finishing our meal, we had to request the bill and have the erroneous charges for the prawn crackers removed. The staff seemed to sense our frustration and randomly added a 25% discount to the bill, but we would have appreciated a more genuine response such as an apology or explanation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience despite some tasty dishes. It is unacceptable to microwave a customer's cold food without acknowledgment or apology. I attempted to provide feedback to the restaurant as per their website's suggestion, but have not received any response."

"Terrible service actually the worse I have experienced in a long time I was still eating my main and we got given the bill she then brought the card machine over 2 seconds later asking me to pay the bill all whilst still eating as the forgot my main so had to wait whilst everyone else was eating she then put the cost in the machine £30 over then what the bill said I didn’t notice this until it was too late and we had paid finally the manager came over laughing and found it funny we had been over charged by £30 she arranged a refund but so rude and just a terrible attitude the stuff had won’t be returning"
