"I visited this restaurant based on the very good reviews. The older male waiter with the short hair was so rude! We kindly asked if we could be seated on another table as the restaurant was empty but had us seated besides the staff table and another couple during covid19. He responded you are 2, not 6. We didn 't complain that we wanted a bigger table, just another table to be more socially distanced. Funnily enough there were 2 women seated on a table for 6 so I 'm not sure why he let them sit on a table for 6 but wouldn 't allow this same treatment for us. We told him this wasn 't an issue and we would stay seated. He then complained to another staff that we wanted another table. She kindly offered us another table but once again we assured him that we were fine with where we were seated. He continued to speak to us rudely throughout the evening. We spent £100 and spent less than 40 minutes in the restaurant because of how uncomfortable this waiter made us feel. Food was decent but the wagyu beef was overpriced and what tasted like cheap meat would rather spend £50+ on a good steak somewhere. The grilled eel was lovely and can 't be faulted. If you want good Japanese food there are plenty of good spots in the Soho area. This restaurant wasn 't busy on a Saturday evening but we still had the most appalling service."

"we have this ding, my partner and I. whenever we are for a meal, and find two dishes that we are both sharp, we get one and compare our impressions; without failing, its taste better than mine. that was not an exception: I had only one submission of his main, but immediately decided that I was back to reun thai has only one whole part, and I only did that I had forgotten what it was called. even though my hints weren't the most helpful, our waitress with them has been admirable and pointed me to the gang phed fed yang: a dish roasted duck in a sweet cocos milk sauce, dryer than your usual thai curry, but with meat as tender. as well as I remembered; even better, maybe because I had a massive support from it. with sticky rice."

"Omg… found another gem of Thai food!!!!!! Was a little sceptical with so little review in google… but lucky we decided to made order through Ubereat!!! Uber eat driver took a little long so next time we will drive there to collect… plus… I think the prices on Ubereat and Deliveroo are higher… Anyway… as for the food!!! ALL dishes we order tasted amazing!!!!!!!! I will give a 6 stars I am not fond on fried rice usually and so the vegetable fried rice was ordered for my 2yo and 5yo… but… Oh my… I think I will order for myself next time… Every dishes stand out so I don’t have a favourite yet as they are all soooooooo good!!! "Went for a family dinner at Rosa’s Thai restaurant London and sad to say what a disappointment it was For starters the waiter made a complete mess of explaining the set meal which was advertised outside the place and were even given menus for the set meal We placed our order for drinks and when we were about to order we were told that we could not as one of our parties was not having a set meal (there were 6 of us So we then ordered from the main menu The drinks that we ordered took forever to come despite reminding staff about them a number of times The starter arrived but we had no plates/cutlery/serviettes and again had to ask the staff member The drinks finally arrived after the starters Just to say that bar (looks like make shift which is located next to the kitchen downstairs was very dirty and so was the gents toilet which were also located downstairs The positive point from The visit was the food was good but the overall service was very very poor to say the least To top this we were overcharged on the bill and has to inform the waiter on this issue I would be coming here in a hurry To the management suggest you re train some of your staff on customer services"

"The restaurant and bar has a beautiful appearance on the outside and pulls you in with its aesthetic appeal. The service is friendly and attentive, with the waitress providing suggestions on the best food and drinks to try. As a group of four, we ordered several dishes to share and found them to be delicious, fresh, and reminiscent of home-cooked meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and were glad to have chosen this place to celebrate my birthday with my family. The restaurant has a lot to be proud of, setting the standard for quality. It is a rare gem in London as an independent establishment. I particularly enjoyed the Ginger Kiss cocktail."

"I have always been a big fan of the Beatles and I used to collect special edition records and books that they had released in the 1970 's. So I dropped into this splendid theme café. 'Can 't buy me love ' was playing on the music player and it reminded me that I had just mentioned the single music track Online. I had a brief chat with the friendly staff about the foresightedness of Lennon and McCartney 's music. I was very impressed with this café which had its own unique Beatles themed menu and a memorabilia shop next door full of posters,T shirts, gifts etc"

"We have been coming here for years but our recent experience was terrible. Service was appalling, they were not busy in the restaurant but very busy with take aways. We arrived at 7pm and left at 8.35 having only had a starter platter in that time. We waited almost an hour for our main course to arrive and then gave up and left. They still presented the full bill to us despite our dissatisfaction and when we complained they took only £5 off it. Wine took ages to arrive as did starters, as did water. They also took 15 mins to tell us they were now out of house white wine. Didn’t offer an alternative for the same price. The management here is clearly an issue, they also need to decide in the kitchen where their priorities lie. Diners or take away! We will not be going back anytime soon as we left hungry and went to another restaurant nearby. I hope you take this review seriously and take actions to ensure no one else has to sit though a similar experience"

"Terrible service actually the worse I have experienced in a long time I was still eating my main and we got given the bill she then brought the card machine over 2 seconds later asking me to pay the bill all whilst still eating as the forgot my main so had to wait whilst everyone else was eating she then put the cost in the machine £30 over then what the bill said I didn’t notice this until it was too late and we had paid finally the manager came over laughing and found it funny we had been over charged by £30 she arranged a refund but so rude and just a terrible attitude the stuff had won’t be returning"
