"Upon our arrival, we found the reception area to be deserted with no staff in sight. After waiting about 10 minutes, a member of the staff finally attended to us. We opted for lunch but were given the evening menu instead, so we had to request the lunch menu. Our food took a long time to be served, and what we received was a large portion that lacked flavor. It was easily the worst Sunday roast we've ever had."
