"We 've always loved going to this chain and I think we 've closed the door after this experience. I have never known such moody and stroppy staff, scooping and slamming things down, no options offered and just staring at you like you should know what everything is and such an inconvenience to ask. Me and my husband got shredded beef, my scoop was about half the size and I politely asked of I could have a little more as it just about covered the middle, he said ill have to charge you extra I said I just wanted as much as he got and being clear of sight as they sat next to each other it was very obvious, he replied it because that one 's spread out it wasn 't and I said I 'm not here to argue so just leave it, the next lady was the slammer over the ingredients, she didn 't add my lettuce and started wrapping before I could say something. The lady on the til was slightly pleasant. It was deadly silent in there, and I felt like we 'd just walked into a blazing row there was that much of an atmosphere. After 15ish years of being loyal customer it 's time to call it a day. Awful experience. Food was OK, well mine was in the middle when I reached the bit of meat. Atmosphere similar to a public toilet"
