"The bottlery failed at almost any level. They were from almost half the dishes in their menu. After the order, it took 55 minutes to get everything out of the kitchen, and that was a simple bread roll. After the order we found out that they were from one of the ordered dishes, should have known that they would begin with it. When the dinners were finally delivered from the kitchen, they left a complete one (my daughter, who now starved at 20:30) They never informed us. They miraculously followed the last part that was saved from a complete melting. We had to crash our server tirelessly and our complaints were not met with an apology, but “we are really busy”. But somehow the staff managed to pay attention to the tables with their friends food. I would avoid this place at all costs that are underprepared, extremely poor service, moderate food (best). The Bolton is on the street where we had a MUCH BETTER experience. Don't waste your time in the Bottlery."
