"Overall poor experience. During the service at lunch I was given a chipped glass. I had a fly in my soup. We requested brown bread and got white. At dinner service was very disorganised and took us 2.5 hours to receive a main and a dessert. Alot of apologising from waitress and a free drink was given. Got the bill, was £86 with food added and free drinks I told them we had £25 pp dinner allowance the gave us a new reciept for £60 still had food charges and drink. Again sent back. New reciept was £20 which was correct. Management definitely lacking in the hotel. Alot of issues and no one taking charge. Food when given was lovely. But overpriced. Also got 3 menu and the one served on night wasn't the menu sent in email."
