"I want to give an appropriate repentance, but when I arrived at the restaurant to find that it was closed, there is not much I can say. It was a very special occasion and I went through all emotions of rage too disappointed in about 2 minutes. I cannot for the life that I understand why such a high-rated establishment did not let people know that it was closed, is beyond my understanding. I totally pampered my weekend in Oxford. No matter if your companies were guilty or there's something, nothing changes. I received the booking confirmation that ludicrous!!! I booked the Savoy in November, who went through you again, I hope it will be open on arrival!!!"
