"California sushi uses many untraditional sushi ingredients, a fusion of Japanese and unconventional and aromen make a great connection. the four exclusive dishes I tried were excellent. gyū special rolls, carpaccio style bark, meerred and lacquered with teriyaki sauce, crispy paprika and carrots inside together with avocado with a piece of pfeffer and Japanese mayo. lachs gravex rolle, takes kei style recipe, minze and spicy tapads. this red misto gurkensalat has the sweet and acidic stamp, with sharp yuzu to cut through the red nebula sauce and crispy fruits to enjoy every bite. gartenmaki, kei is fresh and light, thin cut carrots, gurke, drips, with maple syrup and a ceste of yuzu. sushi shop is a step up from the washabi and itsu chains and if they go after delicious tasting sushi without going to the high-end restaurant, then it is for them."
