"Went there last night for the 1st time with my partner to celebrate his birthday and what a lovely night we had...the place its self was beautiful...food was great...got a 3 course special and left full as a gun...staff were very attentive and really friendly...well done. Deffo be back again"

"My friend and I were visiting Edinburgh the last weekend of August for the fringe. As we were staying locally we stumbled across Troy on a Friday morning for breakfast. My friend plumped for a cooked breakfast whilst I went for the Avo on...Sourdough toast. I live avo and expected it to just be lightly smashed and spooned on the toast, however what I got was nothing short of a smooth puree spread thinly like butter on my toast. I can only assume it comes like this in a frozen tub possibly. I would not recommend this place for breakfast."
