"I ordered breakfast from this restaurant through Deliveroo, with a scheduled delivery time of 10:15 am. However, when my order did not arrive by 10:30 am, I called the restaurant and was informed that there were no available drivers and I would need to request a refund. This lack of communication and organization is completely unacceptable - I should have been notified of the issue with the drivers before placing my order. Had I known, I could have ordered from a different restaurant instead of waiting for an hour. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Fortunately, I was able to contact Deliveroo and receive a full refund of £27."
