"Rafael was extremely generous. I ordered 1/2 Chicken Extra Hot and wanted 2 breast pieces and he simply sorted it out for me no questions asked. Always been my favourite Nandos and still will be. Thanks Rafael!"

"Pretty ordinary. We ordered starters and mains and it all came out together so the table was full. One dish was given to a different table and sat there for 5 minutes until they realised the error and brought it to us. The staff didn’t clear things off the table and we had to wave them down for additional ordrrs"
