"Ordered a delivery from here and waited over an hour for the desserts to arrive! Rang up 3 times and was told misleading delivery information about when the food would arrive. On the 3rd try to get in contact the man just hung up on me! Very unimpressed. By the time the food had arrived, the ice cream on the brownie had completely melted and was swimming in the “ice cream”. the waffle was nice after I had to stick it in the microwave to warm as it was cold. Would’ve been quicker to drive and order in person. Not happy with this service and will not be ordering delivery from here again."

"It was very easy to order our pizza for delivery from this restaurant on Sunday, October 15th. We decided to take advantage of their BOGOF deal and ordered their largest size. Unfortunately, both pizzas had little to no BBQ sauce, my pizza was burnt, the chicken was hardly noticeable, and there was a sparse amount of onion topping. It was difficult to determine what exactly was on top of my pizza, and it arrived cold. Overall, this was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. I called to complain and was told I would receive a discount on my next order, but I expressed doubts that there would be a next time after this disappointing experience. The person on the phone apologized, but I made it clear that the pizzas were awful and the worst I have ever had. We will likely go back to ordering from a different pizza restaurant in the future."

"I visited this restaurant today to try their baked goods and coffee, and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they have a special kids' time on Fridays from 10am to 10:30am. When we arrived, there were children singing, and they had books and toys available. The teacher was engaging and entertained the little ones well. I can't wait to come back!"

"avoid this place to all cost, we bought and it took 2 hours to come, they accused us not to pay when we had paid on their own website, they were rude and guess what, they gave us the wrong order, and I had to call them to send us the right order. they do not apologise sincerely and if they are hungry, and they want to eat them, they will certainly wait a long time! and then you will be annoyed with them, yell at them and they will ril you, and you will not even be hungry! fantastic."

"fantastic. after picking up some friends from the airport gatwick we decided to have an breakfast before the trip to the north. I found this place pure by google maps. the breakfasts are huge, tasty, hot and fresh and very cheap for the opposite personal friendly and attentive. the caffe is upstairs, but so easy to be careful, toilets in the ground floor. 100% recommended."

"I must say, this place is a fantastic hidden gem. The staff are incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is more welcoming than any other cafes in Shawlands. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. "the decoration of the dolci caffes is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the service was inconspicuous despite the very pleasant and friendly staff and the best. we waited 35 minutes before drinks and eating arrived. from the three meal times they remembered only two. After I had paid and the prices are quite high, which is understandable as it is london, I realized that I had been overloaded. the staff seemed to try their best, but they were just too busy with dirty pots all over the counter. Unfortunately, due to the very long waiting period we had no pleasant experience and the mixing with the eating plus at the end. as a shame as it is a beautiful place."

"Excellent quality food. It will take a few visits to work out the optimum number to order 2 or 3 small plates or 1 and 1 large etc) Price will influence final combo. We had two small and one large. One small plate was ribeye with thrice cooked chips. Delicious. Great value. The other small plate was mackerel scampi which at £10.50 for 6 pieces was a bit on the pricey side and looked small even on a small plate! Needs salad or vegetable. My large plate was a burger absolutely delicious. Just one minor point: the prices on menu were not clear there was a ‘dot’ in the middle of the zero so the £10.50 scampi looked like it was costing me £18.50 ! Which wouldn’t have been good value and at a tenner it was top end for the portion size. Great food though definitely go again."
