"Went into the shop on a Tuesday evening ordered 2 milkshakes and 2 slices of cake. Waited 20 minutes to be given it and then to get home and find the lids of the milkshakes upside down in the top ? I rang them to find out why the lids were upside down inside the milkshake and the person I spoke to said that’s how they seal properly in transport? The cake had been shoved into the box and half of it was on top of the box lid. Worst place in banbury Then said that was it and hung up."

"It was very easy to order our pizza for delivery from this restaurant on Sunday, October 15th. We decided to take advantage of their BOGOF deal and ordered their largest size. Unfortunately, both pizzas had little to no BBQ sauce, my pizza was burnt, the chicken was hardly noticeable, and there was a sparse amount of onion topping. It was difficult to determine what exactly was on top of my pizza, and it arrived cold. Overall, this was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. I called to complain and was told I would receive a discount on my next order, but I expressed doubts that there would be a next time after this disappointing experience. The person on the phone apologized, but I made it clear that the pizzas were awful and the worst I have ever had. We will likely go back to ordering from a different pizza restaurant in the future."

"Ordered a delivery yesterday through UberEats. 2 put of 3 items were incorrect. I called the shop to advise of this. No offer of a replacement but was told if I contacted UberEats I would be refunded. Done this and have been refused a refund. Really disappointed as I normally love this place and often go there for lunch when at work. £10 of food in bin and had to fork out more money to order from somewhere else."

"The shopping center is clean, well-lit, and has clear signage, though it only houses a handful of shops. The spacious parking available next to the train station offers added convenience. "I stopped by this restaurant while working nearby, planning to just grab a bacon sandwich. However, after seeing the cozy interior and enticing menu, I opted for a full breakfast instead. "I must say, this place is a fantastic hidden gem. The staff are incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is more welcoming than any other cafes in Shawlands. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. "Reservation time was not honour even I have been waiting patiently for 35 mins. Over the phone, requested reservation at 6:30 pm, got told that can only take at 6:45 pm and Booking will be held for 15 mins. I have arrived at 6:25 pm and was told that My booking is at 7pm. Which is not a problem as I am still waiting for my party to arrive. 7:10 pm, still was not seated, i told the host that our friend will be coming soon and we are ready to order. The host said that he won’t give us the seat if the whole party is not here. During 35 mins that i was sitting there, so many walk in client came, they get the table before us even when they are still waiting for their friend to join I told the host that but we have reservation. Then he reply, it doesn’t matter if you have a reservation not that you paid any extra money for it. We returned the menu and of course walked out. I have been to the restaurant so many times and recommended so many friends and clients. There will be no next time. There’s no service mind and the host attitude is out of this world. Wondering how on earth the business still running."

"excellent quality eating. it will take some visits to process the optimal number to order 2 or 3 small plates or 1 and 1 large etc.) the price will affect the last combo. we had two small and one big. a small plate was ribbed with three cooked chips. delicious. great value. the other small plate was makrele scampi, which at £10.50 for 6 pieces was a bit on the expensive side and saw small also on a small plate! needs salat or sweet. my big plate was a burger absolutely delicious. only a small point: the prices on the menu were not clear, there was a dot in the middle of the zero, so the £10.50 scampi looked like it cost me £18.50! which would not have been good and at a tenner it was the upper end for the portion size."

"Had coffee and muffins here on many occasions, always so good. Today thought we would get in the Christmas spirit and have the festive baguette. Bad choice, the baguette consisted of cheese, half a sausage and a tiny piece of bacon, all smothered in what looked like Branston pickle. (Apparently it was onion relish! When we mentioned our disappointment to the waitress on leaving, she too thought a festive baguette would have contained some turkey and cranberry. Whatever you do, don’t waste your money, what a rip off. Should have gone next door to Greggs where we could have bought a festive bite, and one which we would have enjoyed. Hence my giving 2 stars."
