"The meal was delicious, the staff was attentive, and they refilled our teapots with water several times without us having to ask. The restaurant had bamboo sushi mats as partitions, giving us the feel of our own private space. I booked in advance over the phone for my birthday, which was a quick process. They even offered to keep my cake in their fridge. The only small issue was that their card machine was broken at the end, so they only accepted cash. However, they provided an option to pay via bank transfer with a £2 fee starting tomorrow."

"This restaurant is a hidden gem. The service was excellent as we were attended to by the same gentleman throughout our meal. He was softly spoken and not intrusive, yet very attentive to our needs. "this place is absolutely amazing! from eating to customer service there is nothing to fail. I went to my wife's birthday and they made sure that we had the best time not to remember the names, but every worker came up to ask how that was eating and if we needed anything else. we ordered a series of items from the menu and they tasted amazing. I called up earlier to ask a little surprise for my wife, and the staff showed a very special moment. Many thanks, young people I will unleash myself, are often back to this place."

"I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My group was one of only two tables there during lunchtime. I ordered the Ramen with an additional £2 charge for tonkatsu and £1 charge for a soft boiled egg. Unfortunately, it took over 40 minutes for the dish to come out, and when it did, the noodles were soaked in broth, the egg was overcooked, and the tonkatsu was dry. I took a picture of the ramen as the waiter was collecting it and informed him of my dissatisfaction, but did not request anything else. As someone who used to work in restaurants, I understand that everybody has off days. However, what really disappointed me was that the management never came to our table to apologize, even though we were one of only two tables in the restaurant. This lack of attention to customer service is why I can only give this restaurant a 1-star rating. If you're looking for sushi in Paisley, I would recommend going to Okome instead."

"Su Sushi is a great restaurant that recently had a slight increase in prices, but they are still better than any other Ramen/Sushi place. Whenever my friend and I go there, someone always greets us with a friendly hello or a few nice words, as we are regulars. It's nice that sometimes it's just us, as we prefer a quieter dining experience. The closing times are convenient for us, as we can grab a bite to eat after being on the buses all day. I recommend going on an empty stomach when ordering the ramen, as the portions are large but delicious. My favorite dish is the chicken katsu ramen, while my friend enjoys the black belt. The Tokyo roll or rainbow roll are excellent choices for sushi. The menu offers a good selection of dishes that are easy to read. The only downside is that they only accept cash, so we have to make sure we have enough money before heading in."
